What payment methods do you accept?

I accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Bill.com, ACH, check and cash

Do you carry liability insurance?

Yes, and I can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request.

Do you plug into the DJ’s sound system?

I can either plug into the DJ’s mixer or bring my own Bose speaker, depending on your event setup.

What is the cancellation policy?

If you cancel, the 50% retainer is non-refundable. If I have to cancel (which is rare!), I’ll refund your retainer
and recommend trusted substitutes.

Can I extend your booking after signing the contract?

Yes, as long as I’m available! Just let me know as soon as possible so we can update the contract.

Are there extra fees beyond your quote?

For events outside the Bay Area, I include travel, lodging, and meal expenses in the final cost.

Can I request what you wear?

Of course! I love coordinating with your colors and even wearing traditional clothing, such as a lehenga for Indian weddings.

What do you need for your performance?

For outdoor events, I ask for shade, an outlet or extension cord, and a small table for my equipment.

What’s the difference between acoustic and electric violin?

The sound is similar — the main difference is look and volume control. I use acoustic at City Hall (since amplification isn’t allowed) and electric for most other events.

Do you play with backing tracks?

Yes! I can tailor the sound with different types of backing tracks — piano, guitar, or full-instrumental — depending on the vibe you want.

Do you provide your own sound system?

Yes! I bring my own wireless sound system so I can roam and play, while interacting with your guests, which I love to do.

Can you play special song requests not listed in your music library?

Absolutely — I can learn to play literally anything! Just send me your final song list at least 3 weeks before your event so I have time to learn and prepare.
